- No international shipping is currently offered.
- Orders requiring next-day or 2nd-day delivery must be placed by 10:30 AM EST on weekdays. Orders received after that time will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following business day.
- Delivery periods may vary based on stock availability.
- Once orders leave our facility, the FedEx shipping policy applies.
4. Returns, Replacements, and Warranties
We will replace, free of charge, any tool that proves unsatisfactory in performance if returned freight prepaid for inspection. Tools that have:

- Or been damaged
will not be considered defective and are not eligible for replacement.
